Nato nel 1967, ho iniziato ad operare nel campo della consulenza nei primi anni '90, in campo organizzazione e governo ICT e System Integration.
Consulente nell’ambito dell’IT Governance e dell’IT Management, sono stato Partner di The Innovation Group e CEO & Founder di ISAS Group.
Opero come consulente free lancer occupandomi di IS Governance e Cloud Computing. Dopo una lunga esperienza nel mondo Microsoft (società collegate), dove ho avuto modo di seguire diversi progetti non solo di carattere tecnologico ma anche organizzativo (riorganizzazione sistemi e formazione) prevalentemente in ambiente Finance, e una breve esperienza in Avanade (gruppo Accenture), sono approdato  in IDC, nella BU Consulting, come responsabile della Practice EMEA di Technology & Management Consulting.
Nel 2004 sono entrato in Key Partners come Manager, dove ho seguito progetti di grandi dimensioni presso la struttura di governance della Direzione Sistemi Informativi della principale banca italiana.
A seguito dell’acquisizione di Key Partners da parte di Deloitte, nel settembre del 2006 sono entrato in Deloitte Consulting come Manager e poi Senior Manager della BA Financial Services Industry. In Deloitte Consulting, sono stato responsabile del Competence Centre FSI che presidiava le tematiche di ICT Governance, Risk e Compliance.

Nel corso degli anni mi sono progressivamente specializzato su metodologie di ICT Governance (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI) e di Business Continuity, ICT Risk Management e Sicurezza (BCI, NIST, BS 7799, ISO 27001).

Attualmente opero come Consulting Director presso la SILEDO GLOBAL S.A. (www.siledo.eu)

Sono certificato ITIL V2 e V3, CISA, CGEIT e Lead Auditor 27001.

Born in 1967, I began my consulting and audit experience in ICT consulting firms at beginning of '90, with Microsoft Certified Partners like Avanade (Accenture group). I joined IDC in 2001 as Manager in charge of the Management & Technology Practice of IDC EMEA Consulting, with a specific focus on IT Governance, IT Audit (Security and Risk Mgmt), Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies and planning. I joined Key Partners in 2004 as Manager. In 2006, after the acquisition, I entered in the Deloitte network as Senior Manager. I took place to IT Audit, ICT Governance, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Business Process Reengineering and analysis and organizational design projects, with a strong specialization in Audit, Governance, Risk Mgmt and Security. I was in charge of the IT Governance and Security Competence Centre of the Deloitte Consulting FSI Business Area in Italy.I was involved, as Partner at The Innovation Group and CEO & Founder of ISAS Group, as project manager or subject matter expert in projects dealing with definition of ICT Governance and ICT Security functions role. As a freelancer consultant I'm now  I'm now focused on developing offering on new Cloud Strategies and delivering high value added support on IT Governance & Management topics, particularly related on ITIL and COBIT topics in Change and Release Management processes, BPR and sourcing model.
